The Terminator (also known as "Heroes") is a 1984 American science-fiction action thriller film about a humanoid assassin sent from 2029 to 1984 by the anti-technological human resistance movement to assassinate Miles Dyson, father of Skynet, which will trigger a nuclear holocaust.
